Real Estate Associate

Achieve Professionals is seeking mid-level associates for our firm’s Real Estate Practice for an internationally recognized New York Law Firm. 
 
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transactional commercial real estate experience with a transactional commercial real estate background.
 
The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
• Providing strategic counsel to developers, investors, lenders, REITs, and other stakeholders on real estate investments and developments
• Managing all aspects of real estate closings, including preparing closing checklists, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Conducting due diligence for real estate transactions, including title and survey reviews, zoning analysis, and environmental compliance assessments

Requirements:

• Experience working on complex, multi-party financing transactions and equity investments (joint venture, purchase and sale)
• Must be admitted to the New York Bar and have excellent credentials
