Our client in Gibraltar is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee both company management and trust administration responsibilities, with a salary on offer of £30,000-£40,000 per year.
As the Senior Trust Officer, you will be responsible for the company’s key accounts, support with the administration of trusts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a dual-focused role, with the client looking for someone with the ability to manage high-profile clients, and build expertise in trust management, in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee high-profile clients and account structures, ensuring a smooth and compliant operation across client portfolios
- Administer trusts, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are upheld, and trust records are kept accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare and review statutory fillings, ensure up-to-date trust records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Collaborate closely with clients, legal teams and colleagues
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, supporting professional growth within the team
Essential Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Senior Administrator or Manager role within corporate or fiduciary services, with knowledge of trust administration
- Highly organised, with an ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and compliance processes
- Ability to handle confidential information , manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A motivated personality with a commitment to develop continuously
