We are working with our client in the search of an experienced Employment Solicitor at an independent Yorkshire based law firm. The firm provide a wide range of legal services to businesses and individual clients nationwide. 
 
Job title: Employment Solicitor 
Location: Leeds 
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 
 
Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various employment matters by providing legal advice to clients, drafting pleadings and settlement agreements and representing clients in Tribunal and staying up-to-date on relevant employment law developments. 
 
Essential requirements/ qualifications 

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in Employment Law 
  • Experience in handling employment-related legal matters and dealing with Tribunal claims from start to finish 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Familiarity with dealing with employment aspects of a Corporate deal 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Qualified Solicitor with a practicing certificate
