Monday to Friday, office based with work across multiple sites at times

We are supporting our client in their search for a HR Advisor for their busy studio in Gloucestershire.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support and advice to those within the business, and work alongside the greater HR Team with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, guidance,support, best practice, and commercial solutions on all aspects of people management with the entire team
- Oversee and fulfill HR Administration with the support of the HR Manager
- Create contracts, policies, updated HR documents and draft guidance notes
- Carry out all reporting, research, and investigations
- Chair and minute disciplinary, grievance, inductions, exit interviews and other required meetings and procedures
- Update personnel documentation, ensuring that this is clear and concise at all times
- Oversee the processing of payrolls
- Provide focus on continuous improvement, implement changes and new processes to create working efficiencies as well as being cost effective
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required
Essential Requirements and Qualifications:
- In depth, generalist knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- A qualification in CIPD is beneficial, but not essential
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Use of HRIS systems along with analytics and reporting
- Experience of writing detailed HR policies such as guidance notes
- Ability to be flexible within a dynamic and fast moving environment
- Must have a driving licence and access to a car due to requirements of working between multiple sites
