We are supporting an award winning Law Firm in their search for a new Personal Injury Solicitor. 
 
Within this role, you will be working within the Wider Private Accident Team of highly skilled lawyers.
 
This is a highly rewarding role; working alongside lawyers who seek reforms to help workers, accident victims and their families, as well as actively campaigning to improve the law. Responsibilities:

• Managing own caseload including EL/PL/OL/CICA
• Mix of pre-litigated/litigated files
• Dealing with ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work
• Taking statements
• Liability investigations
• Instructing medical experts
• Drafting summonses/writs
• Consulting with Counsel
• Appearance in court/tribunal

Essential Requirements and Qualifications:

• Can be newly qualified or several years’ post qualification experience.
