Position: Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Romford, East London 
Salary: £40,000 – £45,0000 
 
Job Description
 
– Manage property transactions from start to finish, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build matters.
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the conveyancing process.
– Utilize IT systems effectively to track and manage property transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all dealings.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to expedite transactions and resolve any complexities that may arise during the conveyancing process.
– Maintain organized records of all transactions and update relevant information in the database regularly.
– Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service to clients.
