Achieve Professionals are seeking a HR Administrator to As part of our friendly and motivated team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our HR Manager and contributing to the success of our growing organisation.
Job Description
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including pre-employment screening, and arranging interviews.
- Handling day-to-day employee relation queries and managing absence.
- Keeping policies up to date with legalisation.
- Supporting engagement, and retention.
- Conducting general HR administration tasks, such as drafting offer letters and contracts of employment.
- Maintaining HR filing systems, both manual and electronic.
Person Specification
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Ideally Experience in a similar HR administration role.
