Meet Lewis – Co-Founder and Managing Director. In September 2023, Lewis co-founded Achieve Professionals with Molly to deliver high-quality, relationship-led recruitment services across finance, legal and private family office sectors. With a keen eye for market opportunities and unwavering commitment to excellence, Lewis continues to grow the team and build strong partnerships. Operating across the UK, USA, Europe, and Middle East, he has established a reputation for professionalism and service excellence. His background in hospitality and international business management provided the perfect foundation for scaling Achieve Professionals and its sister company, Achieve Hospitality.

Outside of work, Lewis has a passion for travel, enjoys visiting luxury hotels, and loves holidays with Molly and their son.
