Meet Sophie-Jo – A Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant dedicated to connecting exceptional legal talent with leading law firms. With a strong background in the legal profession, she began her career after qualifying from Northumbria University with a Master’s degree in Law. Sophie-Jo progressed through several roles within the legal sector, including Legal Secretary, Trainee Solicitor and ultimately a Qualified Solicitor. This hands-on experience gives her a unique insight into the needs of law firms and the key qualities that define top talent within the industry. She is passionate about building genuine relationships and supporting professionals across the legal space.  Outside of work, Sophie-Jo enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, and appreciating the simple things in life.
