Meet Charlie Hill – Principal Recruitment Consultant within Achieve Professionals’ Finance & Accountancy division, specialising in the recruitment of finance professionals across accountancy practices, financial institutions and corporate organisations. With a background in banking, Charlie progressed to Bank Manager before moving into specialist recruitment, giving him valuable insight into the skills and challenges of the finance sector.

Known for his consultative, relationship-led approach, he works closely with clients and candidates to understand both technical requirements and cultural fit, delivering tailored recruitment solutions and connecting exceptional finance talent with the right opportunities. Outside of work, Charlie loves playing football, talking football, and watching his favourite team.
