We are seeking a motivated Solicitor/ Legal Executive with 2+ PQE to join a well-established growing law firm in Exeter. There may be opportunities to work from our other offices if there is a connection.

Location: Axminster, Honiton, Sidmouth, Launceston, Exeter, Newton Abbot, Paignton

Qualifications & Experience: 

• 2+ PQE
• Experience in the area of Will drafting, lifetime IHT and CGT advice for high net worth individuals 
• Some experience in advising on and drafting trusts preferably to include Disabled Persons Trusts and advice regarding collapsing of trusts 
• Solid working knowledge of advising clients who have agricultural and or/ business assets (or willing to develop)
• Experience in advising on domicile and related issues 
• Aware of current issues and updates
