Position: Commercial Property Senior Associate / Junior Partner
Location: Kettering
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
 
Experience & Responsibilities

• Based in Kettering, the successful candidate will have at least 8 years relevant experience of handling your own caseload and already be working at a Senior Associate/Junior Partner level.
• Within the role, you’ll be supervising and mentoring the firm’s more junior team members, to help develop their skills and expertise.
• You will be confident in participating in business development activities and be ambitious to grow not only your own role but the team and firm as a whole.

Skills & Attributes:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the team
• An appetite for business development
