Role: Private Client Solicitor Recruitment 
Location: Loughborough 
Salary: £30,000-£40,000
 
We are recruiting a talented solicitor with a strong interest in private client work. 
 
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases within the private client sector in a rewarding work environment. 
 
Experience & Responsibilities 

• Advising clients: providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance on various private client matters, ensuring their needs and objectives are met. 
• Drafting documents: prepare and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration paperwork. 
• Estate Planning: Assist clients and estate planning strategies to minimise tax liabilities and ensure the smooth transfer of assets to beneficiaries. 
• Probate Administration: Manage the probate process efficiently, guiding clients through the complexities of estate administration with empathy and professionalism. 
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a genuine commitment to their best interest. 

Skills & Attributes 

• Solicitor Qualification: Qualified solicitor with experience in private client work.
• Strong Legal Knowledge: Sound understanding of private client law and procedures, with the ability to apply legal principles effectively to client matters.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when drafting legal documents and managing client files.
• Client-Focused Approach: Dedication to providing excellent client service, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
