Role: Personal Injury Solicitor 
Salary: Starting from £38,634
Location: Galashiels, Scotland 
 
We have a brilliant opportunity for a talented Personal Injury Solicitor to join the Private Accident Team. We are looking for a Solicitor who loves working in the local community, building networks and leading the approach for the local market. A newly qualified Solicitor would also be considered for this role. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Managing own caseload including EL/PL/OL/CICA
• Mix of pre-litigated/litigated files
• Dealing with ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work
• Taking statements
• Liability investigations
• Instructing medical experts
• Drafting summonses/writs
• Consulting with Counsel
• Appearance in court/tribunal
