We are looking for an energetic Recruitment Resourcer to join the team here at Achieve Professionals and support within a busy corporate recruitment agency.
Job Description
As a recruitment resourcer, you will play a crucial role in the division by attracting and identifying qualified candidates for various positions the agency is supporting on behalf of its clients.
You will collaborate closely with recruitment consultants and the Recruitment Manager understanding their needs and assist with admin, sourcing of candidates, screening and shortlisting potential candidates. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and divisional administration while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Utilise various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Carrying out administrative tasks as requested to support recruitment consultants and the division to achieve targets and metrics
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to further evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Accurately update and maintain candidate and job information in the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Write and post engaging job descriptions across various job boards, career websites, and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Assist in coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure timely completion.
- Administer pre-employment tests, assessments, and reference checks as required, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports and analytics on recruitment activities, including sourcing channels, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.
Candidate Requirements
- An understanding of the recruitment industry is preferred but not essential
