Overview & Opportunity.
We are seeking a Conveyancing solicitor to join this successful, growing firm. 
 
Job Description:
You will be working with a tight-knit and supportive team in their Penrith office.
 
This firm is growing and has multiple offices across the North of England. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Managing residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and title reports.
• Conducting property searches and checking for issues such as restrictions, planning, and environmental risks.
• Advising clients on legal aspects of buying, selling, leasing, or remortgaging property.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and handling financial aspects such as SDLT submissions and registration with the Land Registry.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in clinical negligence
• 1 years PQE+
