• Lead and manage the Accounts & Business Services team, ensuring high-quality service and smooth operations.
• Oversee agricultural client portfolios, offering tailored financial advice and building long-term relationships.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting their business needs.
• Manage and mentor a team, helping them grow professionally and ensure efficiency in their work.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business.

About You:

• 5-10 years of experience in an accountancy practice, with a focus on agricultural clients.
• Strong leadership experience and the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent client management skills and a client-focused approach.
• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) preferred.
• A proactive mindset and a natural problem solver with a hands-on approach.
