Role: Finance Recruitment Consultant (all levels)
Salary: £27,000-£33,000 plus uncapped commission and bonus
Location: Middlesbrough, UK 
 
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Achieve Professionals. You will be joining our company to work within our successful Finance and Accountancy division where we support the recruitment of practice and industry finance roles partnering with growing accountancy firms, family offices, SMES and large companies to assist in expanding their teams. Our teams supports all roles from junior, senior to board level.

Working Schedule

• Full Time 360 Recruitment Role
• Office based in Middlesbrough, UK
• 1 day work from home each week

Ideal Candidate

• A strong recruitment background (any industry)
• Finance industry background would be preferred 
• Experience in achieving financial targets
• Experience in successful business development
• Exceptional time management and organisation skills
• The ability to organise your own workload
• Self motivated, resilient and driven
• Be able to establish and maintain strong, genuine relationships
