We are currently working with a fantastic law firm who are now seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their small but growing team in Northampton.
 
Experience & Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will undertake a diverse caseload incorporating contentious and non-contentious work 
• You will need to be competent at working independently, handling your own caseload.

Skills & Attributes:

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Excellent organisational, oral and written skills.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional client care ethos.
