Achieve Professionals are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Private Funds Associate to join a leading New York law firm. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar and have excellent credentials.
 
The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience in private funds to further develop their expertise in a collaborative, high-caliber team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the formation, structuring, and management of private investment funds
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams, including tax, securities, and corporate attorneys, on complex and multidisciplinary matters
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation, including limited partnership agreements, private placement memoranda, subscription agreements, and side letters
