Role: Risk Manager 
Salary: £55,000-£65,000
Location: Gibraltar 
 
We are currently seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join a dynamic team in Gibraltar. 
 
Role Summary

• Assist the Group Risk Manager in establishing an integrated risk management framework (RMF) including embedding sustainability and climate change considerations in the RMF.
• Hold the regulated Risk Manager function holder position for regulated entity/ies domiciled in Europe and be the risk subject matter expert for entity/ies domiciled in Europe.
• Provide guidance and support to business units and proactively engage with Senior Management in understanding and managing the company’s risk obligations.

 
Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the review, on-going monitoring and enhancement of the enterprise risk management framework (including risk appetite/metrics), risk related policies and risk registers (including emerging risks).
• Facilitate preparation of risk related materials and reports including own risk and solvency assessment (ORSA) and attendance in the appropriate oversight committees and Board/s.
• Assist in internal audit and external party examinations e.g. regulatory visits.
• Conduct risk training and awareness to help embed the risk management practices.
• Participate in sustainability initiatives including assisting management in embedding climate change considerations in business processes.
• Perform any other risk related duties assigned by Senior Management or Group Risk Manager.
