- Supporting the pensions aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and drafting pensions-related documentation.
- Drafting and reviewing scheme documentation, member communications and legal advice notes.
- Carrying out legal research and keeping up to date with pensions law, legislation and regulatory developments.
- Working with colleagues across Corporate, Employment and Litigation to provide joined-up advice to clients.
- Participating in client meetings and helping to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.
- Supporting business development initiatives, including pitches and thought leadership.

You’ll ideally be:
- A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-3 years’ PQE.
- Experienced in, or with a genuine interest in developing within, pensions law.
- Technically strong with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of clients’ wider business objectives.
- A confident drafter and communicator, both internally and with clients.
- Well organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A strong team player with the interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop within a specialist area of law.
- Committed to ongoing professional development and learning.
What’s on Offer?
- £65,000-£75,000 salary, depending on experience.
- The opportunity to join a highly regarded specialist Pensions team.
- Exposure to a broad range of advisory, transactional and regulatory work.
- Generous leave allowances.
- Private medical insurance, life cover and critical illness protection.
- Hybrid agile working, with the ability to work from home or another UK location for at least 50% of your time.
