Meet Lewis- our Founder & Managing Director who founded Achieve Professionals with a vision to revolutionise the recruitment industry in the finance, legal and technology sectors. The agency was founded following another successful recruitment agency that has become one of the leading UK and international agencies through recommendations by the quality level of service provided. Drawing from extensive experience in establishing and overseeing recruitment agencies on a global level, Lewis capitalised on the opportunity to create an agency dedicated to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions precisely tailored to meet the requirements of the technology, legal & finance sectors. Lewis has a passion for travel and enjoys visiting new luxury hotels.
Meet Alex- Recruitment Consultant in our Legal and HR Divisions. Alex recently completed her Law Degree at Durham University and is Achieve Professionals’ first university graduate hire. Alex’s academic background and fresh perspective are valuable assets for the team. Alex’s knowledge of legal principles, combined with her determined mindset show the qualities Achieve Professionals seeks in its team members. Alex is on hand to support UK, US and other international Law Firms in finding exceptional talent to join their teams whilst ensuring our clients and candidates get the very best recruitment experience.
Meet Molly- our Co-Founder & Managing Director who launched Achieve Professionals with a visionary goal to transform and innovate the recruitment landscape within the finance, legal and technology sectors. With a team that combines passion, expertise and a client-centric approach to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions. With a background in founding and managing recruitment agencies at a global scale, Molly seized the opportunity to found an agency that specialises in providing unparalleled recruitment solutions to the bespoke requirements of clients. Outside of work, Molly enjoys fun-filled days with her little boy and has a love for all things wellness and the outdoors enjoying country walks and chilled spa days.
Meet Jack- Recruitment Consultant in our Finance and HR Division. Jack joins Achieve Professionals continuing his recruitment career in the professional sectors. Jack is a passionate Finance & HR Recruitment Specialist with a strong commitment to connecting exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities. Jack takes pride in offering a personalised, precise approach to recruitment, ensuring that both clients and candidates find the ideal fit. He thrives on building meaningful relationships and delivering tailored solutions that make a lasting impact. Outside of Jack’s professional role, he maintains a disciplined approach to fitness, training four days a week with weightlifting, practising boxing once a week, and participating in half marathons.
Meet Andrew- The Recruitment Manager of Achieve Professionals. Andrew joined our sister company Achieve Hospitality as an Associate Recruitment Consultant and was soon promoted to Recruitment Consultant and further to Senior Consultant through displaying his true passion and dedication to support the Private Staffing and UHNW community with an incredible recruitment experience. Due to this dedication, Andrew was promoted again to Recruitment Manager at Achieve Professionals.
Andrew came into recruitment following an impressive career in Management and HR within luxury retail stores. During the week, you will find Andrew at the snack cupboard and when he’s not in the office, you’ll find him at the football ground watching his local team play.
