Meet Lewis- our Founder & Managing Director who founded Achieve Professionals with a vision to revolutionise the recruitment industry in the finance, legal and technology sectors. The agency was founded following another successful recruitment agency that has become one of the leading UK and international agencies through recommendations by the quality level of service provided. Drawing from extensive experience in establishing and overseeing recruitment agencies on a global level, Lewis capitalised on the opportunity to create an agency dedicated to delivering exceptional recruitment solutions precisely tailored to meet the requirements of the technology, legal & finance sectors. Lewis has a passion for travel and enjoys visiting new luxury hotels.
Meet Grace – With over 8 years of experience, Grace brings a wealth of Marketing and Design knowledge from a variety of industries including recruitment.
As the Head of Marketing, Grace will manage the execution of all marketing strategies and communications internally and externally. Grace will work closely with the whole of the Achieve Professionals team to provide positive change and development throughout the business. We are thrilled Grace joined the team and wish her an exciting and fulfilling career at Achieve Professionals.
Meet Alex - After just graduating from the University of Durham with a BA in Law, Alex is on hand to help UK, US and International legal organisations to find exceptional people to join their teams whilst ensuring our clients and candidates get the very best recruitment experience.
Meet Molly- our Co-Founder & Managing Director who launched Achieve Professionals with a visionary goal to transform and innovate the recruitment landscape within the finance, legal and technology sectors. With a team that combines passion, expertise and a client-centric approach to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions. With a background in founding and managing recruitment agencies at a global scale, Molly seized the opportunity to found an agency that specialises in providing unparalleled recruitment solutions to the bespoke requirements of clients. Outside of work, Molly enjoys fun-filled days with her little boy and has a love for all things wellness and the outdoors enjoying country walks and chilled spa days.
Meet Casey - After several years of working within the Legal Industry in both support and fee-earning positions, Casey will be using her own knowledge and experience to support clients and candidates achieve their recruitment goals. Casey has strong client care skills and a great understanding of the legal sector.
Casey is on hand to help UK, US and International legal organisations to find exceptional people (both fee earners and support) to join their teams whilst ensuring our clients and candidates get the very best recruitment experience.

Meet Andrew- The Recruitment Manager of Achieve Professionals. Andrew joined our sister company Achieve Hospitality as an Associate Recruitment Consultant and was soon promoted to Recruitment Consultant and further to Senior Consultant through displaying his true passion and dedication to support the Private Staffing and UHNW community with an incredible recruitment experience. Due to this dedication, Andrew was promoted again to Recruitment Manager at Achieve Professionals.
Andrew came into recruitment following an impressive career in Management and HR within luxury retail stores. During the week, you will find Andrew at the snack cupboard and when he’s not in the office, you’ll find him at the football ground watching his local team play.
Meet David - After spending 9 years in the motor trade, David is bringing his wealth of customer care and account management skills to Achieve Professionals.
David is on hand to help UK, US and International finance and accountancy organisations to find exceptional people to join their teams whilst ensuring our clients and candidates get the very best recruitment experience.
