Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking a Credit Hire Paralegal to join this law firm in their Preston office.
 
Job Description:
This firm is looking for a Credit Hire Paralegal, with ideally 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
 
You will assist and support fee earners on a varied caseload.
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Dealing with Credit Hire from inception to conclusion
• Dealing with investigations, instructing engineers, drafting Letters of Claim, settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings and litigation as appropriate

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience of dealing with the Claimant side of Credit Hire claim.
• Experienced Paralegal who has dealt with litigated and issued claims.
