Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking a Family Solicitor to join this leading law firm in their Lancaster office.
 
Job Description:
This firm is looking for a Family Solicitor, NQ+ with family law experience to join this well-established law firm.
 
You will be part of a modern and new law firm with a  a strong client base across family, employment and commercial law. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Provide clear, practical advice on family law issues including divorce, child arrangements, adoption and financial settlements.
• Draft and review agreements such as separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, and consent orders.
• Liaise with clients and other parties to progress matters efficiently.
• Assist clients with the preparation of court applications and supporting documents.
• Manage a varied caseload with flexibility to balance office and remote working
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of family law and practice developments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEx professional.
• Experience in family law preferred, but applications from newly qualified professionals with a strong interest in this area will be considered.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues in plain terms
