Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking a Conveyancing solicitor to join this well-established firm in Cheadle. 
 
Job Description:
You will be working in a very supportive property department.
 
The ideal candidate with have commercial property and bridging finance experience.
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for sale, lease agreements, and option agreements for commercial properties.
• Carry out title investigations, searches, and enquiries to identify legal risks and ensure property suitability.
• Structure and advise on short-term financing arrangements, ensuring compliance with lender requirements and tight timescales.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, surveyors, local authorities, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial property law and financial regulations, ensuring all transactions meet legal standards.

 Candidate Requirements:

• Commercial property Experience
• Bridging Finance Experience
