We are searching for an experienced Personal Assistant for a boutique real estate firm based in the Dubai Hills, with a salary on offer of 15,000-20,000 AED per month.
 
Job Description
 
This role will encompass both professional and administrative duties, and may include personal tasks where appropriate. You will be the first point of contact and right-hand person, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic priorities.
 
Candidates must already be based in Dubai for this position.
 
Role Responsibilities 

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, property viewings, and appointments
• Organise business travel including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages while acting as a professional point of contact
• Prepare documents, presentations, contracts, reports, and meeting minutes
• Assist with property listings, CRM updates, and coordination with agents, developers, and clients
• Support compliance processes with DLD, RERA, and other real estate documentation
• Help create and manage marketing materials, social media updates, and client events
• Maintain filing systems, manage expenses, and oversee office supplies
• Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
• Provide ad hoc personal and business support to leadership as required

Candidate Requirements 

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, with real estate experience being essential
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to details
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
