Overview & Opportunity:
Achieve Professionals are supporting a well established Law Firm with the appointment of Residential Real Estate Solicitor. This is a newly created position to coincide with the expansion of their team due to continued growth. 
 
In this position, you will be involved in all aspects of property transactions including sales, purchases and mortgages. Candidates with new build conveyancing experience would be advantageous.  
 
Job description:
They are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual who is able to work with minimal supervision and has an interest in business development. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the wider Residential Real Estate team to provide a range of advice to clients.
• Manage the conveyancing process, ensuring all legal documentation is prepared, signed and submitted on time.
• Advise clients on legal rights, responsibilities and options related to property transactions. 
• Identify and address potential legal risks associated with property transactions. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations, including planning and environmental issues. 

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years PQE in a residential real estate environment
• An enthusiastic, self motivated and confident individual who fully understands the conveyancing process
• Able to work within a fast paced environment and busy team
• Independent working with minimal supervision
• Consistent business development
