We are seeking a conveyancer to join this well established growing firm in Hampshire.
 
Job Description:
You will be working in a team of well experienced conveyancers in a supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to advance and grow your career with a rewarding firm. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

•  Handle the legal process of buying, selling, or transferring residential properties from instruction to completion.
• Prepare contracts, transfer deeds, and other required documents; review title deeds and searches.
• Arrange and interpret local authority, environmental, drainage, and other relevant searches.
• Communicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and Land Registry.
• Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and GDPR standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Residential Conveyancing Experience 
• Licenced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor
