We are working with an established law firm in Loughborough in their search for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team.
 
Job Description
 
In this role you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters and play a key part in developing the firms offering in the area.
 
This is senior position with the scope for career progression within the firm.
 
Role Responsibilities 

• Advising clients on a range of private client matters including wills, probate, powers of attorney, and estate administration
• Drafting wills and trusts, including tax planning advice where appropriate
• Advising HNW individuals and complex estates, including inheritance tax and trust structures
• Supervising junior members of the team and contributing to their development
• Handling Court of Protection matters and assisting with elderly client services
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Participating in business development and networking activities

Candidate Requirements 

• 5+ years PQE in private client law with strong technical expertise
• Proven ability to handle complex and high-value matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Keen to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
