Overview & Opportunity:
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join this Legal 500 law firm in one of their multiple offices. 
 
Job Description:
You would be part of a very well established law firm in their Private Client department. You would have the chance to be part of a very flexible and understanding firm, offering flexible working options. 
 
The firm also has office locations with opportunities open that you can specialise in trusts in the Private Client department. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Draft wills and provide tailored advice on inheritance tax and succession planning.
• Manage probate applications, gather assets, settle liabilities, and distribute estates in accordance with the will or intestacy rules.
• Advise on and create trusts for asset protection, tax efficiency, or family planning purposes.
• Prepare and register LPAs, advising clients on appointing attorneys and making decisions about health and finances.
• Act with care and sensitivity when advising elderly or vulnerable clients, including Court of Protection matters where needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1 year PQE+
• Experience in private client work
• Multiple development opportunities
