The Role
 
As a Senior Tax Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our tax services. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own client portfolio and contribute to section planning. You’ll bring in new business opportunities to help drive the Group’s growth. You’ll consistently meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets while building strong, long-lasting client relationships. Additionally, you’ll develop and inspire the next generation of tax professionals, supporting their growth and helping them reach their full potential.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of key corporate clients, guiding them through the compliance process.
• Spend a significant portion of your time working closely with Tax Partners to deliver tax advisory services to both existing and new clients.
• Assist in managing the corporate tax team, offering support and guidance to your team members, conducting appraisals, and providing coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring you stay connected with your portfolio through regular contact and meetings.

What Are We Looking For?

• CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified.
• Has previous Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment.
• Brings technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation.
• The adaptability to work with clients from a wide range of industries.
