Private Client Solicitor/Fee Earner
Location: Stokesley 
Salary: £40,000-£45,000+
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Overview and Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Professional to join this well established firm in Stokesley.
 
Job Description:

You will work in a supportive department with other Private Client Professionals. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and powers of attorney.
• Managing the legal process of administering a deceased person’s estate, including obtaining grants of probate.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering tailored legal advice.
• Preparing legal documents such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
• Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and firm-specific requirements, including anti-money laundering checks.
• Accurately recording time spent on cases and ensuring timely billing of clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a Private Client Department is essential 
• NQ+
