We are seeking a Emerging Companies & Growth Associate to join one of the most globally recognised law firms. 
 
Job Description:
You will be joining a leading, global law firm in their Emerging Companies & Growth Practice.

Role Responsibilities:

• Advise startups on entity formation, corporate governance, and founder equity arrangements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents, including SAFEs, convertible notes, and preferred stock financings.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to founders and executive teams on day-to-day legal matters, compliance, and strategic growth.
• Assist with due diligence, term sheets, and transactional documentation in M&A or exit events.
• Collaborate with specialists on IP, employment, and regulatory matters relevant to high-growth companies.

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience of federal energy regulatory experience, including experience practicing before FERC with respect to power and/or natural gas
