We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join this very well-established firm in the North East who are expanding their team. The firm continues to be a popular choice for clients.

There is an amazing opportunity to lead the Barnard Castle office and become partner. There are also lots of opportunities to become associate, senior associate, salaried partner and equity partner at this firm. 
 
This incredible North East firm is seeking a private client solicitor who is NQ+ but has at least 2 years of Private Client Experience. You will work in all areas of probate, trusts and estate law. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Work on a varied caseload in terms of complexity of matters
• Work comfortably in an office-based role (flexibility will be considered where needed with working from home)
• Must be proficient in handling Wills, Probate, Court of Protection and Lasting Powers of Attorney work.
• The ability to work unsupervised and handle a full caseload autonomously is a must

 Candidate Requirements:

• The firm will provide work to suit any level of experience although you should have at least 2 years’ experience of working within a Private Client area in a client facing role
• Although training will be given, we are looking for someone with excellent client care skills who is able to work on their own caseload immediately
