Achieve Professionals are working with a growing firm in Nottingham in their search for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
 
Job Description
 
In this role, you will be handling transactions from start to finish and need to be experienced enough to support other members of the team.
 
Candidates for this role must have a minimum of 5+ years PQE. 
 
Role Responsibilities 

• Advise and provide guidance for clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process
• Liaising with third parties throughout the conveyancing process, with communication with clients at all times
• Drafting and amending all documentation supporting the conveyancing transaction
• Following any pre-agreed client service standards
• Business development to ensure a constant stream of new business

Candidate Requirements 

• A minimum of 5+ years PQE in a fee earning Residential Conveyancing role within an established law firm
• Must be a solicitor, CILEX, or licensed conveyancer
• Have the initiative to work independently
• An experienced solicitor/CILEX or licensed conveyancer who can join and hit the ground running
