Overview & Opportunity: 
We are seeking a corporate solicitor to join this Leading, Legal 500 North east firm. 
 
Job description:
This position is available for candidates with 2 years PQE+. The firm also has a position open for a Senior Associate at 5 years PQE+.
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and disposals – managing legal aspects of corporate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder and investment agreements
• Advising on company formations and restructures – including joint ventures and group reorganisations.
• Conducting due diligence – identifying legal risks in corporate deals.
• Including Companies Act 2006 and FCA rules where applicable.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 years PQE+
• Experience of dealing with corporate transactions, including business and share acquisitions and disposals
