Overview & Opportunity:
We are looking for a conveyancer to join this forward looking firm.
 
Job Description:
This position is great for a junior or senior conveyancer. The firm’s conveyancing department is consistently growing and they are searching for talent to join their expanding team.
 
Role Responsibilities: 

• Managing the legal process of buying and selling residential or commercial properties.
• Carrying out local authority, environmental, and other relevant searches.
• Preparing contracts of sale and reviewing legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicating with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
• Ensuring the change of ownership is correctly registered with HM Land Registry

Requirements:

• Conveyancing experience 
• Time efficient, team player and a positive attitude
