We are looking for a Probate Solicitor/Executive to join this forward looking firm.
 
Job description:
This position is great for a junior or senior Probate solicitor/legal executive. The firm’s probate department is consistently growing and they are searching for talent to join their expanding team.
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Managing the legal and financial process of administering a deceased person’s estate.
• Preparing and submitting applications to the Probate Registry.
• Collecting information on assets and liabilities to calculate the estate’s value.
• Advising on and preparing necessary tax forms, and liaising with HMRC.
• Ensuring assets are distributed according to the will or intestacy rules.

 
Requirements:

• Probate experience 
• Time efficient, team player and a positive attitude
