Senior Associate-Litigation 
Bay Area (Palo Alto or San Francisco office)
$225,000-$435,000 per year, DOE
Must be admitted to the California bar
 
Overview & Opportunity: 
Achieve Professionals is seeking a senior level associate to join a leading law firm in their Litigation practice group. 
 
Job Description: 
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in trademark, copyright, trade secrets and other complex commercial litigation. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar and have excellent credentials. 
 
The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
 
Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including strategy development and team coordination
• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on case law, statutes, and procedural rules relevant to clients’ cases
• Leading settlement discussions and mediations, negotiating favorable resolutions for clients where appropriate
• Providing guidance on regulatory investigations and compliance matters that may intersect with litigation

Requirements:

• Some experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Federal Trade Commission and/or International Trade Commission preferred
• Must be admitted to the California bar
• Must have excellent credentials
