Overview & Opportunity:
Achieve Professionals are seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive, from NQ+.
 
Job Description:
This is the opportunity to join an already well-established law firm, it is a great opportunity for someone keen and motivated to assist with the team development.
 
Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Managing the administration of estates after death, including probate applications.
• Providing advice on tax liabilities, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax.
• Setting up and managing trusts, and advising on estate distribution.

 
Qualifications & Experience: 

• NQ+
• Experience in the area of Will drafting, lifetime IHT and CGT advice for high net worth individuals 
• Some experience in advising on and drafting trusts preferably to include Disabled Persons Trusts and advice regarding collapsing of trusts 
• Aware of current issues and updates 
• Agricultural experience is a bonus

• Access to own transport for work use for the purposes of home visits and inter office travel on occasion
• Maintain excellent file administration and work successfully with other Lawyers and support staff 
• Experience of working independently in the area of private client will be essential 
• A willingness to support and develop other lawyers within the team would be encouraged 
• An interest in the promotion and development of the firm including maintaining its high reputation
