Opportunity & Overview: 
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join this growing firm in either Newton Abbot or Honiton.
 
Job Description: 
You will be working alongside some highly experienced lawyers; this is a great opportunity for growth and progression. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts and leases
• Private company acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals
• Take the centre of all legal aspects of buying and selling commercial properties

Requirements:

• 2 Years PQE
• Agricultural experience is a bonus
