Opportunity & Overview:
 
 We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor or Junior Partner to join our firm’s Corporate Commercial Team in Northampton.
 
Job Description:
You will be advising on: corporate structures; acquisition and growth strategies; succession planning; mergers and joint ventures; restructures and demergers; commercial contracts; and corporate governance
 
You will have entrepreneurial instincts and spirit and be used to collaborating closely with colleagues across a range of disciplines, clients and other firms and advisers.
 
Role Responsibilities:
You will be advising on the following:

• Mergers, Acquisitions & Disposals
• Succession Planning
• Employee Share Schemes including EMIs, EBTs and EOTs
• Restructuring and Demergers
• Finance Documents
• Governance Documents including Shareholders Agreements, Articles of Association and Partnership Agreements
• Commercial Contracts
• Franchising
• Drafting, advising, negotiating, dealmaking

Candidate Requirements

• Ideally you will have 8 years + PQE  and a good range of  experience
• Be excited to join a growing Corporate Commercial Team that has a great flow of work already, and more to come.
