Overview & Opportunity:
We are partnering with an incredible private family office based in central London, seeking an office administrator to come in on a full-time basis. 
 
Job Description: 
This position is great for those with office administration experience, looking for a new position and a challenge. You will be responsible for all areas of office admin, including diary and calendar management and handling confidential information. 
 
Role Responsibilities:

  • Expense tracking and invoice processing
  • General administrative support
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries for the family or staff
  • Support with gifting for birthdays and Christmas
  • Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Discreetly handling confidential and sensitive information with care
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail; respond or direct as needed
  • Maintain office files, records, and databases, ensuring proper documentation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
