Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Achieve Professionals. You will be joining our company to work within our successful Finance Division supporting well-established and growing Finance and Accountancy Practices and other organisations in the UK and on a global scale. You will recruit for permanent positions from Entry to Director and Executive level roles. This role will give you the opportunity to build your own network of clients and candidates within the sector along with supporting our already existing network.

Work Schedule

• Full Time 360 Recruitment Role
• Office based in Middlesbrough, UK
• 1 day work from home each week

Candidate Requirements 

• A strong recruitment background (any industry)
• Finance industry background would be preferred 
• Experience in achieving financial targets
• Experience in successful business development
• Exceptional time management and organisation skills
• The ability to organise your own workload
• Self motivated, resilient and driven
• Be able to establish and maintain strong, genuine relationships
