Property Asset Manager
Location: Wiltshire (UK-wide travel required)
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per year

We are supporting a private Family Office in their search for a Property Asset Manager to take ownership of the Principal’s diverse property portfolio, with a salary on offer of £45,000-£50,000 per year.
 
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the diverse property portfolio which includes residential, retail, and commercial assets. So candidates will require strategic oversight, strong financial acumen, and a proactive approach.
 
The client is looking for an enthusiastic professional looking for a long-term position. Candidates must be a RICS qualified surveyor.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the assets for the Principal across a range of properties (residential, retail, residential, and commercial)
• Driving performance across the portfolio and maximising revenue and capital 
• Managing acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements
• Ensuring regulatory compliance across all properties, including planning, health & safety, and landlord obligations
• Overseeing refurbishments, maintenance, and development projects
• Regular travel across the UK to manage and inspect all properties
• Building strong relationships with tenants, agents, contractors, and legal professionals
• Providing strategic advice and reporting to the portfolio owner, identifying growth opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in property asset management across multiple property types
• Candidates must be a RICS-qualified surveyor
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of UK property law
• A self-starter with a long-term vision
• Excellent negotiation, financial, and stakeholder management skills
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK
