Junior Legal Counsel (Family Office)

Salary: £60,000-£75,000 per year

We are seeking a highly-detailed oriented Junior Legal Counsel for our longstanding client in Central London, with a salary on offer of £60,000-£75,000 per year.
 
This role requires someone with a combination of legal expertise and practical administrative capabilities, particularly in corporate law, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance.
 
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with corporate documents from jurisdictions such as the UK, BVI, or other offshore locations, as well as a solid understanding of KYC and financial processes.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Draft and review basic corporate documents and contracts, including: corporate resolutions, Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Agreements, loan agreements among others
• Proofread and ensure consistency in legal documents
• Work with corporate documents (e.g. incorporation certificates, director registers, resolutions) for entities in offshore jurisdictions (UK, BVI, etc.)
• Assist with bank account openings by completing forms and providing necessary documentation
• Maintain checklist of required documents for legal and compliance processes
• Support KYC procedures, including document collection and verification
• Assist with visa applications and the completion of official forms

Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a qualified lawyer in the EU/UK, with legal drafting experience in corporate law
• Familiarity with offshore corporate structures (UK, BVI, or similar jurisdictions)
• Experience in drafting corporate agreements and resolutions
• Understanding of KYC and compliance processes
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and due diligence processes
