Senior Associate, Private Client

£50,000-£65,000 per year

We are working with a fantastic law firm in Birmingham City Centre in their search for an experienced solicitor to head up their Private Client department.
 
In this role, you will be working alongside a small private client team and successful candidates will have a clear progression path to develop your career.
 
This is a hybrid position within the firm’s Birmingham office and while there is a relaxed working environment, the client also prides itself on having a hard-working team.
 
Main Responsibilities of the role:

• The successful candidate will oversee their small department
• Specialise in Estate administration, Trust administration, Wills, Lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years PQE 
• Previous experience in private client law 
• Legal qualification and practicing certificate 
• Team management skills 
• Client relationship management 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities 
• Membership in relevant professional organisations desirable but not essential
