We are supporting our valued client in their search for a Real Estate Lawyer to join their busy Newcastle office.
 
Although based in the Newcastle office, you will be working alongside the firm’s national real estate team in handling diverse commercial real estate development, investment projects and asset management matters. You will also provide support on larger real estate transactions.
 
This role will be based out of the firm’s Newcastle office, with hybrid options available for the right candidate. The firm are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2+ years PQE.
 
Main Responsibilities of the role:

• Provide advice and guidance to clients on the complete transactional process
• Handle diverse commercial real estate development and transactions for clients
• Provide support to the larger real estate team on larger, complex transactions 

Essential Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience within a busy real estate team in a law firm
• A legal qualification with 2+ years PQE
• Experience of working on development transactions, as well as working as part of a team on complex transactions
• Ability to collaborate on real estate investment projects, drafting and reviewing legal documents related to asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Excellent drafting skills, a sense of commercial pragmatism and strong team ethic to work alongside the local and national team
