We are supporting an established law firm in their search for an experienced Residential Real Estate Solicitor in London as they look to expand their team due to continued growth.
 
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of property transactions including sales, purchases and remortgages. Candidates with new build conveyancing experience would be advantageous.
 
Main Responsibilities of the role:

• Work alongside the wider Residential Real Estate team to provide a range of advice to clients 
• Manage the conveyancing process, ensuring all legal documentation is prepared, signed, and submitted on team
• Advise clients on legal rights, responsibilities, and options related to property transactions
• Identify and address potential legal risks associated with property transactions
• Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations, including planning and environmental issue

Essential Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years PQE in a residential real estate environment
• An enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident individual who fully understands the conveyancing process
• Be able to work within a fast-paced environment and busy team
• Happy to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Active in consistent business development
